A Lambic-inspired blend of 1, 2 & 3-year-old spontaneous beer. Aromas of pear & wet hay filter into a vinous sweetness with a savory mouth feel & finishing with an acidic bite. This beer has been bottle conditioned for 5 months, allowing its farmhouse character to develop superbly.
