Eagle Tree is a blend of four spontaneous barrels ranging in age from 1 to 3 years presented with an intentionally low carbonation that softens the pleasant acidity across the palate. Complex savoury aromas rise from the glass before a creamy oak flavour and a farmhouse tart character develop and finish with a refined sweetness.
