Southern Belle is a celebration of our farm brewery's dedication to showcasing the natural bounty of our land. This 100% derived Estate Spontaneous ale is aged in oak barrels for a full year, then enriched with a generous addition of Estate-grown peaches for another year of maturation. This meticulous process infuses the beer with the deep, vivid flavours of just-picked fruit, encapsulating the essence of our vibrant orchard with every sip.

Upon pouring, Southern Belle glows with a golden hue, its head quickly fading, setting the stage for the aromatic journey to come. The nose is greeted with the lush sweetness of ripe peaches, enhanced by the crisp notes of verbena flowers and a subtle backdrop of earthy straw—inviting a deeper exploration with each breath. The palate is treated to a rich tapestry of flavours, where sweet stone fruits meld harmoniously with a hint of zesty lemongrass. Unique in its presentation, this ale features real fruit pulp in the bottle, allowing you to experience the beer in two distinct parts: first, savour the richly layered, fruity profile developed through its extended ageing in oak. Then, gently stir in the peach pulp for an intensified fruit character that brings the orchard right to your glass.
